Doug was my buddy since the fifth grade. After high school he went on to become a somewhat successful singer in several rock bands (he picked up the stage name, "Jameson Wolf" at this point). In the early 70's he played the lead in a touring show of "Jesus Christ Superstar". Doug later developed into a very talented wood craftsman. He was quite happy with his partner, Mary -and way too many dogs- when I saw him last, in 2012, at their home in Woodstock, Georgia.
